classcon.ph is an educational platform that allows users, including students, teachers, and administrators, to manage classes, create and administer tests and exams, and track academic progress.

• By posting User Content, you grant classcon.ph a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
• You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of classcon.ph and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Philippines and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. classcon.ph makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

In no event shall classcon.ph or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on classcon.ph's website, even if classcon.ph or a classcon.ph authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
